Steve Lewis – Front of house.  Brings a new and different energy to the business and for those of you who have already met him you will appreciate that his personality is infectious.   This is a trip down memory lane for Steve after his butcher job at Sainsburys.

Lead butcher ‘Choppa’ (aka Paul Cummins) is himself a ‘third generation’ butcher.  We are privileged to have him working in the business.


Roy (aka Royston Ellis) has worked for the business for many years and is relishing the opportunity to lead our sausage production with the experience to produce links to the very highest quality that our customers have become accustomed. Missing Links is probably best known for our selection of sausages, including the famous ‘Finest’ range.


Adu (aka Andres Veloso) Front of house. Has worked at Missing Links since 2013 and always greets every customer with a smile and an attitude that says….’nothing is too much trouble’.
