Missing Links is a British Butchers which prides itself on not only making the best sausages in the Region of Murcia, but also offering quality cuts prepared in the British style and favourite British products.

The business is now owned by Annabel Wilson and run by Steve Lewis, a Sainsbury trained Butcher and his team of familiar faces and regular customers will continue to enjoy the quality, service and prices enjoyed under the previous ownership of Steph & Paul.

The same principle of only using Grade A ingredients applies to their home made burgers and Barbeque grill sticks, Missing Links is justifiably proud of its reputation for superb sausages.

They are also very proud of their ham and gammon products, stocking British Horse shoe gammons, cut with or without skin, both plain and smoked, and all gammon steaks are cut on their premises, rather than imported in sealed plastic bags, which generally tend to seal out the flavour.

They also make their own, delicious home cooked ham, slow cooked for around 6 hours to make a very traditionally British and flavoursome slice of fresh ham.
And of course, the Best of British bacon is always in stock as well, so no resident or visitor has to miss out on that Sunday morning best of bacon bap.

Missing Links also offers quality matured beef , lamb, pork and poultry products, cut and prepared in British style, so there´s no need to miss out on pork joints with crackling, tender steaks and boned lamb shoulder.

To flavour your meats a wide variety of flavouring sauces are also sold, and during the summer months the best barbeque products ready seasoned are on sale, to make summer barbequing as easy for you as possible.

Missing Links are happy to prepare mixed barbeque packs to your own specifications and cater for large party quantities, so make sure you ask for a quote if there´s a summer party planned.

As well as supplying meats we have a selection of seasonal products with large golden sausage rolls, six different slices, traditional beef pasties, selection of pies and vegetarian options.

Meat pies are also a hot favourite, Steak n Kidney, Chicken and Mushroom…..and real Pork Pies in 2 sizes.

Winter Opening times: Tuesday to Friday 9am to 2.15pm Saturday 9am to 2.00pm. Sunday & Monday Closed.

Summer opening times: Mid June till September Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Saturday 9am to 2.00pm.  Sunday Closed.
